Peter's Journey at Dafnia
1) What has been a significant highlight of working at Dafnia
Throughout my tenure in DAFNIA, I experienced that “TEAMWORK MAKES THE DREAM WORK”. Right from concept of an inquiry to the closing of a successful order, it was the team work within the company, Motivation from my seniors that inspired me, when I perspired that I developed the skill of Persistence.
2) Who/what inspires you?
Sales is defined as “TRANSFER OF ENTHUSIAM” . This is actually practised in our company. Our seniors display a great level of enthusiasm and persistence. These qualities inspire me to become a BETTER VERSION of myself.
3) What is the proudest moment in your professional career and your personal life?
Getting the EMPLOYEE of the MONTH is a proud moment professionally. Getting blessed with a child after 11 years of marriage was a proud moment in my personal life.
4) Name an interesting thing you have learned during the recent quarantine
The subsconscious mind(Our Thoughts and feelings) controls 95 percent of our results and external situations(Pandemic) should not control our professional lives even sales. This made me realise that the Grass is not greener on the other side, but Grass is green where you water it.
