Network prerequisites:

·         A VPN is required to access the robot from the outside.

·         Minimum connection 5Mb/s.

·         The control computer must be connected to the VPN.

·         4 dedicated address ranges are required (routes, communication point, robot and sub-network).

·         A certain number of ports must be kept open.

Prerequisites for installing the charging dock:

·         There must be a constant 220V current nearby.

·         Should be fixed on the ground and should not move from its initial position.

·         Can be delivered already attached to a floor slab.

·         You will need an area that’s out of the way and clear of traffic, preferably near a wall for the robot to charge automatically, the dock must be accessible and free of obstacles.
