A simple and reliable optical power meter with a large area 5 mm Ge detector for testing power and loss on fiber optic systems or free-space light beams up to +10 dBm. Ideal for: Plastic fiber, PCS, single mode, multimode, multi-fiber ribbon cable such as MMC, MPO 12 – 72 fiber up to 12 fibers wide, and LC/ SC etc fiber optic systems. This versatile meter is a popular MPO tester, providing high accuracy and simplicity of use. For all fiber optic Ethernet & Infiniband applications except 16 x 1 or 16 x 2 ribbon types.
